Delivery time

Shipment will be made by DHL within 3-5 business days after the order confirmation.(Pre-order items are exception)

Cancellation or Exchanges

Cancellation after order confirmed and change in contents of order cannot be received.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges of products shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the following rules.

1. Returns and Exchanges of Defected products.

If there are defects or failures in the item purchased, the defective part will be checked and respond with the exchange or refund.

  • Please note that returning of the products after 8 days will not be accepted.
  • Refund will be made in case the same item is out of stock.

  • Other signs of use that do not qualify as good quality.
  • Merchandise without tags or accessories
  • Merchandise that has been repaired or altered for the customer's convenience
  • Merchandise with a non-return policy stated in the product description
  • Merchandise purchased from other than our official online store.
  • *Products purchased from other than our official online store cannot be returned or exchanged directly. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.
